The Work of Leaders® workshop stimulates fresh conversations and perspectives regardless of the leader’s knowledge or experience. It’s an opportunity for leaders at all levels of learning to examine and reflect on the importance of each step - not just execution - in order to get optimal and sustained team performance. Each of the three key steps is explored, and requirements are identified for improved individual & team performance.
