A semiconductor industry veteran, she spent many years as a tech and business executive and he played one on TV! She became a leadership development and training leader and he became a producer and educator. Together they provide impactful and effective solutions in the areas of leadership development, training, execution excellence, teaming & collaboration, conflict management, influence & presentation skills, mentoring and coaching.
Prior to being to co-founder of Timely Transformations, Regina served as Sr. Director, Leadership Development and Technical Training at GlobalFoundries, in Malta, New York. There she created and delivered tool-based, retention-enhancing, leadership development programs for the executive and management teams, as well as the employee base. Regina also lead the technical training team to determine needs, source, create and deliver role-based technical training for seasoned and newly-hired semiconductor professionals & technicians.
Regina also served as the Director of the Specialty Foundry Business unit at IBM, one of the two business units that formed the $2B Microelectronics Division. In that growing, profitable, RF/Mixed Signal focused unit, Regina managed the business unit pro forma P&L, market strategy, business development, product portfolio, project management and with the Sales team, was accountable for the business unit's revenue and profit growth, customer satisfaction, and relationship management at the C-suite level.
Regina had over 25 years of engineering and business experience in roles ranging from Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, IP Licensing, Program Management, and Business Development. Regina is the author of “Real Mentors Tell You This” (currently being updated). She holds an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a BS from Michigan State University and an Organizational and Executive Coaching Certificate from NYU. She has an SPHR certification and is a member of the Association for Talent Development. She has a number of industry training certifications and has delivered hundreds of workshops.

Peter has worked for over thirty years as an actor, singer, producer and director in stage, film and television productions around the country.
After receiving his BA in Music Theory & Composition from the University of MA, Amherst, Peter moved to New York City to pursue his acting career. His stage credits include regional theater, national tour and Off-Broadway roles and the 1993-4 Broadway revival of She Loves Me. Television audiences know him from leading roles on ABC’s One Life To Live, TBS’s The Catlins and as the Latin villain Tonio Reyes on CBS’s As The World Turns.
Peter moved full-time to the Mad River Valley in northern Vermont eighteen years ago to raise his family and to realize his vision of creating a social, educational and cultural facility on the grounds of the old Vermont dairy farm he had purchased many years earlier. The Skinner Barn was born out of these efforts and the site now hosts weddings, theater camps and music and theater productions produced by the non-profit The Commons Group of which he is the president.
Peter teaches acting and directing classes at Burlington College and is a co-founder and Managing Director of Timely Transformations. He holds an Organizational and Executive Coaching Certificate from NYU and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
