The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® was developed by Wiley/Inscape in partnership with Patrick Lencioni, the author of the New York Times Best-Seller, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a team-strengthening program that can help existing team members work together better.  The work starts with an online personal assessment and team survey to be taken by each member of a team, followed by a series of classroom sessions focused on five areas of competence:
